We recognise the need for mhs homes to become a future ready organisation, and we are now recruiting a visionary Executive Director of Technology & Transformation to lead our digital modernisation. We are at the very beginning of this journey, and this new role will shape our strategic technology agenda, embed innovation across the organisation, and ensure we remain agile, efficient and focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers and colleagues.

You will bring proven success in leading digital transformation and organisation-wide change based on your ability to listen and experience our current operating environment and the services we provide to customers. Ideally, you will come from a regulated, customer focussed background where you have adopted best practice, delivering an outward looking approach at mhs homes. Your experience in technology leadership, data strategy and business innovation will be matched by your ability to inspire high-performing teams, collaborate across departments and take our Board on the journey. You will be a strategic communicator who translates complexity into clarity and ensures that digital delivery is always centred on customer and colleague needs.
