This is a truly special opportunity. We are introducing the role of Executive Director of People & Culture for the very first time, a clear statement of intent that our people are the heartbeat of mhs homes and central to everything we do. As we have grown in both size and complexity, we recognise the need to evolve, ensuring we have a, forward-thinking people function that will support our ambitions for the future.

At mhs homes, our mission is clear: to help solve the housing crisis in North Kent. We believe that safe, secure and affordable homes are fundamental to people’s lives and opportunities, and everything we do is driven by that purpose. Delivering on this ambition requires not only great homes and services, but great people, and that is why this role is so critical.
