As we move to become a more modern organisation, responding to the needs of our customers, we are now seeking an exceptional Executive Director of Customer to lead and evolve our customer offer. This is a strategic role for a bold, people-focused leader who can inspire teams, champion customer excellence, and embed a culture of genuine engagement across the organisation. You will get under the skin of some of our tough operating environments, working with your team, to be solutions focussed and drive a high-performance culture. You will also work closely with our Executive Team, specifically as a key voice of the customer to our new Executive Director of Technology & Transformation to deliver agile, digitally enabled services.

You will bring a strong track record in strategic housing management and customer experience, with the ability to lead complex change programmes and improve performance. You will be a confident communicator, a collaborative leader, and a strategic advisor to the Board. Your emotional intelligence, resilience and values-led approach will help foster innovation, inclusion and continuous improvement.
