That’s why we are excited to be recruiting two pivotal roles: Executive Director of Customer and Executive Director of Technology and Transformation.

These roles are not just about leading departments – they are about shaping the future of our organisation. As Executive Director of Customer, you’ll champion excellence in every interaction, ensuring our services are inclusive and truly person-centred. You will inspire teams, drive performance, and embed a culture where customer voices are heard, valued, and acted upon.

As Executive Director of Technology and Transformation, you will lead our digital evolution – one that will provide better systems and services for our colleagues and customers, embedding innovation across every part of mhs homes. You’ll be a strategic advisor, a collaborative leader, and a catalyst for change, ensuring our infrastructure and services are fit for the future.
